The Dunlop Process
We make our latex foam using something called the Dunlop process - the most energy-efficient way to create natural latex foam. This method has been around and getting better for over 90 years, and it gives our mattress toppers that nice springy, buoyant feel with solid support underneath.
There's another way to make latex called the Talalay process. Talalay latex mattress toppers can feel softer, but they're less dense than Dunlop latex and use a lot more energy to make.
