Latex Canvas Patches for Sleep Number® Beds

Latex Canvas Patch Kits for Sleep Number® Bed Air Chambers

Available in Small, Large, and Extra Large sizes to patch air leaks in Sleep Number® Bed air chambers. Requires standard brown Gorilla Glue (sold separately).

What You Need:

• Gorilla Glue from any hardware store
• Latex canvas patch kit (appropriate size for the hole)
• Bleach-based cleaner
• Damp cloth and water

Finding the Leak:

1. Work in 2-foot square areas across the air chamber
2. Spray canvas with bleach-based cleaner
3. Wipe gently in circular motions with a damp cloth (do not scrub)
4. Bubbles will form where air leaks exist
5. Mark all leak locations and let dry overnight

Applying the Patch:

1. Lightly dampen the marked area with water to activate the glue
2. Apply a small drop of Gorilla Glue to the canvas
3. Press the latex side of the patch onto the area
4. Smooth in circular motions as the glue foams
5. Apply firm circular pressure until the patch sits tight
6. Do not touch for at least 24 hours to ensure proper adhesion

Circular patches are easier to apply and prevent edge lift.
